The second "Humanitarian Blood Donation" festival is an activity with profound meaning, held at Keo Pagoda, Thai Binh. Following the success of the first "Voluntary Blood Donation" program, organized as part of the 2017 Spring Welcome event, this festival carried the theme "Saving a life is as good as the Ganges River, a drop of blood given away brings so much love." It continued to attract many Buddhist followers, local residents, Youth Union members, and volunteers from various places.

By the end of the festival, the program recorded nearly 200 blood donations. The success of the second "Voluntary Blood Donation" festival not only helped address the serious blood shortage in blood banks but also exemplified the noble humanitarian spirit of people helping people. The act of donating blood on this meaningful occasion has truly become a thread of sharing, connecting, and spreading love to everyone.
